How Feature Requests Work

Feature requests at SCANOSS often emerge organically during support interactions. Most feature requests are created by customers while working through an issue with our support team. As we troubleshoot together, customers naturally come up with suggestions on how to fix or improve certain functionality.

Feature Requests During Support

You don’t need to open a separate ticket to suggest improvements. If you have ideas while working with our support team on an existing issue, feel free to share them during your conversation. Our team values your feedback and will make sure your suggestions are captured and considered.

Simply describe what you want in your ticket message. There’s no need for a specific format or template, just explain what feature or improvement you’d like to see.
